JKEL-7:- This licence is granted for retail vend of foreign liquor at a club. The licensee is authorized to sell foreign liquor including beer in retail for consumption on the premises only to persons who are members of the club or to their bonafide guests. Liquor sold under this license shall be served and consumed at the licensed premises only and no liquor shall be removed from the licensed premises for any purpose whatsoever. This licensee is granted for a period of one year i.e up 31st March annual Licence Fee. This licence is renewed by the department after getting annual Licence Fee. JKEL-7A : This licence is granted for retail vend of Beer in a Bar. The licence is granted on payment of licence fee/other fees applicable as per the current Excise Policy.
